1. Membership Overview
Christian Leaders Forum (“CLF,” “we,” “us”) provides a peer-discipleship community and leadership development resources for Christian business leaders. By joining CLF, you (“Member,” “you”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Membership Eligibility
Membership in CLF is by invitation only. Members must:

  • Be Christian business leaders, executives, or entrepreneurs
    Commit to the values and mission of CLF
  • Agree to maintain confidentiality as outlined in the Member Confidentiality Covenant
  • Complete the registration process and maintain active payment

3. Membership Benefits
Active members receive:

  • Access to monthly peer forum meetings
  • Opportunity to particpate in Inner Circle groups
  • Quarterly 1:1 Coaching with Forum Chair
  • Exclusive business and spiritual formation resources
  • Private community access
  • Networking opportunities with fellow Christian leaders

4. Member Commitment
4.1 One-Year Commitment:
We ask members to commit to one full year of membership so the community can grow together with depth, honesty, and mutual accountability. While membership billing is flexible (monthly, quarterly, or annual), the relational commitment is annual.

4.2 Show Up:
Active participation is essential to the CLF experience. Members are expected to:

  • Attend at least 10 of 12 monthly half-day Forums per year
  • Participate in Inner Circle activities between Forums
  • Show up fully present for themselves and for each other

4.3 Lean In:
CLF is not passive participation. Members commit to:

  • Bring real leadership challenges into this trusted environment
  • Engage with honesty, humility, and courage
  • Offer authentic support and accountability to fellow members
  • Contribute meaningfully to the community’s growth

4.4 Resignation Notice:
Members who choose to resign their membership must provide 45 days written notice. This allows for proper transition and honors the commitment to the community.

5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Membership Dues:
Member may choose to pay monthly, quarterly or annually according to the following schedule:

  • Monthly: $300 per month
  • Quarterly: $900 per quarter
    Annual: $3,600 per year

5.2 Billing:

  • Payment is processed through Stripe on a recurring basis according to your selected billing frequency
  • All fees are charged in U.S. Dollars
  • You authorize CLF to charge your designated payment method

5.3 Failed Payments:

If payment fails, your membership access may be suspended until payment is received. Multiple failed payments may result in membership termination

6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1 Member-Initiated Cancellation:

Members must provide 30 days written notice before canceling membership. Cancellation is effective at the end of the 30-day notice period. Payment obligations continue through the notice period. No refunds are provided for partial periods. Member’s paying quarterly or annually will be refunded any remaining balanc remaining after the 30 day period.

6.2 CLF-Initiated Termination:

CLF reserves the right to terminate membership for violation of these Terms, the Confidentiality Covenant, failure to meet attendance requirements, or conduct inconsistent with CLF values. No refund will be provided for terminated memberships

6.3 No Refund Policy:

All membership fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of your notice period

7. Member Conduct
Members agree to:

  • Conduct themselves in a manner consistent with Christian values
  • Treat fellow members with respect and dignity
  • Maintain confidentiality as outlined in the Confidentiality Covenant
  • Refrain from using CLF for commercial solicitation without permission
  • Participate constructively in forums and community activities
  • Honor their commitment to attendance and active participation

8. Intellectual Property
8.1 CLF Content:

  • All materials, resources, and content provided by CLF remain the property of CLF or its licensors
  • Members may use materials for personal development but may not redistribute, sell, or republish without written permission

8.2 Member Contributions:

By participating in forums and submitting content, you grant CLF a non-exclusive license to use your contributions for CLF purposes

9. Privacy and Data

CLF collects and uses member information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Payment information is processed securely through Stripe
We do not sell or share member information with third parties except as required by law

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 No Professional Advice:

  • CLF provides peer support and leadership development
  • Content and discussions do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice
  • Members should consult appropriate professionals for specific advice

10.2 Limitation:

  • CLF’s liability is limited to the amount of membership fees paid in the 12 months prior to any claim
  • CLF is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Changes to Terms

  • CLF may modify these Terms at any time
  • Material changes will be communicated to members via email
  • Continued membership after changes constitutes acceptance

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Covenant

Purpose
Christian Leaders Forum (CLF) is built on trust, vulnerability, and mutual support among Christian business leaders. This Confidentiality Covenant protects the sacred space where members can share openly about business challenges, personal struggles, and spiritual growth.

Covenant Agreement

As a member of CLF, I covenant to maintain the confidentiality of:

1. What is Confidential
1.1 Forum Discussions:

All content shared during CLF forum meetings, including business challenges, financial information, personnel matters, strategic plans, and personal struggles
Identity of other members and their participation in CLF
Stories, experiences, and testimonies shared by members

1.2 Private Communications:

  • One-on-one conversations with members
  • Private messages, emails, and communications within the CLF community
  • Prayer requests and personal matters

1.3 Business Information:

  • Confidential business information shared by members
  • Financial data, strategic plans, or competitive information
  • Client or customer information mentioned in discussions

2. My Obligations
2.1 Non-Disclosure:

  • I will not disclose confidential information to anyone outside CLF
  • I will not discuss member identities or participation with non-members
  • I will not share specific content from forums, even in anonymized form, without explicit permission

2.2 Appropriate Use:

  • I will use confidential information solely for peer support and personal reflection
  • I will not use confidential information for commercial advantage or competitive gain
  • I will not leverage relationships formed in CLF for business purposes without explicit consent

2.3 Discretion:

  • Even when sharing is permitted, I will exercise wisdom and discretion
  • I will protect the reputation and privacy of fellow members
  • I will consider the potential impact before speaking about sensitive matters

3. Exceptions to Confidentiality
Confidentiality may be broken only when:

3.1 Legal Requirements:

  • Required by law, court order, or legal process
  • Reporting of illegal activity as mandated by law

3.2 Safety Concerns:

  • Credible threat of harm to self or others
  • Child abuse or neglect
  • Elder abuse or vulnerable person abuse

3.3 Explicit Permission:

  • The member who shared the information gives clear, written permission to disclose
  • Public information already known outside CLF

4. Duration
This Confidentiality Covenant:

  • Begins upon joining CLF
  • Continues during active membership
  • Survives termination or cancellation of membership
  • Remains binding indefinitely for information received during membership

5. Breach of Confidentiality
5.1 Consequences:

  • Breach of this Covenant may result in immediate membership termination
  • Legal action may be pursued for damages resulting from breach
  • Spiritual accountability may be invoked within the Christian community

5.2 Restoration:

  • Minor or unintentional breaches may be addressed through conversation and reconciliation
  • CLF leadership will exercise discretion in addressing violations

6. Spousal Exception
Members may share general themes and personal learnings with their spouse but should:

  • Avoid identifying other members by name
  • Refrain from sharing specific business details of other members
  • Exercise wisdom in protecting the confidential space of the forum

7. Member Responsibility
Each member is responsible for:

  • Understanding and honoring this Covenant
  • Speaking up if they observe violations
  • Assuming good intent while holding each other accountable
  • Creating a culture of trust and confidentiality

Covenant Acknowledgment
By joining Christian Leaders Forum, I acknowledge that:

  • I have read and understand this Confidentiality Covenant
  • I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms
  • I recognize the sacred nature of this commitment
  • I will honor this Covenant as an expression of my Christian integrity
