Forming Christian Leaders Who Build What Lasts
You carry real responsibility. It is a calling to fulfill. CLF helps you lead with greater clarity, sharper judgment, and deeper conviction, in a forum of peers who are serious about building what lasts.
Christian Leaders Forums is a peer discipleship community for Christian leaders. Every month, a curated group of owners, executives, pastors, nonprofit directors, and established professionals gathers for a half-day forum where they are rooted in Christ, refined by peers, and released for Kingdom impact.
CLF is built on a simple conviction: leaders are not trained through technique. They are formed through discipleship. That formation happens best in trusted community, through clear process, and with Christ-centered discernment. When the right people gather in the right environment with the right structure, growth is not accidental. It is inevitable.
The Forum is not a Bible study or a coaching program with a spiritual overlay. It is for leaders who show up, lean in, and grow alongside trusted peers to cultivate thriving organizations, healthy people, and an eternal legacy.
A Design Modeled AFTER Jesus
The most effective leadership development model ever built was lived out Jesus. He cultivated his own communion with the Father. He invested deeply in three. He formed a group of twelve. He sent out a broader field of followers to extend the mission. CLF follows the same pattern because it works.
Core Formation. Quarterly 1:1 engagement with your Forum Chair for alignment, discernment, and course correction. The foundation that makes every other layer effective.
Inner Circle. Two to four peers from your forum who choose to walk together between monthly gatherings, building the trust and accountability that sustain formation between forums.
Leaders Forum. The primary formation environment. A monthly half-day gathering of 10 to 12 leaders for integrated formation across leadership, faith, and life.
CLF Network. The broader community linking leaders across forums, regions, and industries for retreats, collaboration, and shared Kingdom impact.
A Framework for Whole-Life Leadership
CLF forms leaders across three dimensions simultaneously, because real leaders never get to work on just one thing at a time.
Leadership Mastery. Five factors, Strategy, Execution, People, Culture, and Growth, give leaders a shared vocabulary for every challenge they face and ensure nothing critical goes unaddressed.
Mission-Driven Enterprise. Every leader’s enterprise, whether a company, a church, a nonprofit, or a solo practice, exists for a purpose beyond its own survival. This dimension keeps that purpose front and center in every conversation.
Personal Formation. The 6Fs, Faith, Family, Fitness, Finance, Friends, and Fruitfulness, function as a personal dashboard ensuring the leader’s inner life sustains everything else.
Three dimensions. One integrated rhythm. This is what CLF means by whole-life leadership.
How CLF is Different
Many peer networks offer professional support. CLF goes deeper, fusing spiritual formation with leadership development to form leaders from the inside out.
Formation First. CLF begins with who you are in Christ and builds outward into leadership, strategy, and legacy. Other programs start with business outcomes and layer in spiritual elements. CLF reverses that order.
Whole-Life Integration. CLF forms leaders across three dimensions simultaneously. Leaders never have to choose between performance and purpose.
Intentional Diversity. Most peer networks filter by title, revenue, or company size. CLF filters by responsibility, faith, and readiness to grow. Leaders across scales and stages sit in the same room, and the formation that results is richer than any homogeneous group could produce.
Who is CLF For?
CLF serves Christian leaders whose decisions shape people, livelihoods, and outcomes. Membership is by invitation and begins with a discovery call and a no-cost preview of one or two forum sessions.
Members span the full range from solopreneurs and small-team operators to executives leading hundreds of people, and from rising leaders building something new to senior leaders navigating succession. That diversity is a design asset. A CEO processing a merger and a church planter processing a first hire are both carrying responsibility that shapes other people’s lives. CLF takes both seriously.
Our leaders have much in common: they lead people, hold real decision authority, steward resources, and make decisions that carry genuine consequence for the enterprise and people in their sphere.
YOU'RE INVITED. JOIN US.
