WELCOME TO CHRISTIAN LEADERS FORUMS

You’re built for more than success — you’re created for eternal significance.

CLF is where high-impact leaders — CEOs, Owners, Executives — cultivate personal well-being, maximize business outcomes and create kingdom impact.

WHY WE EXIST

Nurturing bold leaders and thriving businesses for lasting kingdom impact.

In today’s fast-paced and high-pressure world, Christian executives face immense challenges—complex decisions, competitive demands, and the personal weight of influence. Too often, leaders navigate these pressures alone, struggling to integrate faith with leadership, and excellence with eternal purpose.

Christian Leaders Forums (CLF) exists to change that. We are more than a leadership development network—we are a community that nurtures Christ-centered leaders and equips them to build strong, resilient businesses that bless people and transform communities. Through peer forums, 1:1 coaching, and kingdom-minded collaboration, CLF empowers leaders to align their vision, sharpen their impact, and lead with eternal significance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Considering CLF? These answers will help you understand how it works, who it’s for, and why it might be the right next step for your leadership journey.

What is CLF, and how is it different from other leadership groups?
Christian Leaders Forums (CLF) is a global leadership network that equips Christian business owners, executives, and entrepreneurs to grow as leaders, build thriving businesses, and live out their faith in every sphere of influence. Unlike many leadership programs that focus solely on business performance or personal development, CLF integrates all aspects of a leader’s life—spiritual, professional, relational, and missional. Our approach is deeply biblical, yet practical—providing tools, coaching, and community that help leaders not only succeed but create redemptive impact through their organizations.

CLF launched in Rochester, NY and is targeting expansion in North America and globally through Global Cohorts—regionally contextualized programs that equip Christian leaders where the gospel is needed most. If we’re not yet in your area, reach out—we may already be forming a new cohort near you.
How do CLF Forums work?
Each member is part of a carefully curated peer forum—essentially a confidential, Christ-centered advisory board of 8–14 non-competing leaders. Forums meet monthly for a full-day session led by a professionally trained CLF Chair. The meetings include Scripture reflection, strategic problem-solving, spiritual accountability, and peer-to-peer coaching based on our Four-Point Framework. Outside the group meetings, members also receive personalized one-on-one executive coaching. The format is intentional, high-trust, and designed for both depth and execution—helping leaders sharpen decisions, align priorities, and stay grounded in their calling.
Who are CLF members?
CLF members are high-impact Christian leaders who desire to lead with conviction, build meaningful businesses, and use their influence to reflect Christ in the marketplace. Our members include CEOs, founders, C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, and senior leaders across industries. What unites them is not their business size or background, but their shared commitment to stewarding leadership for God’s purposes. Whether leading a high-growth company or stewarding a mature enterprise, CLF members are serious about growth—personally, professionally, and spiritually.
What are the qualifications for membership?
We look for Christian leaders who are actively leading or owning a business or organization and who are committed to living out their faith through their leadership. Members must be willing to engage honestly, challenge others, and be challenged themselves. While most forums are built around leaders with significant decision-making authority, we offer different cohorts tailored to leaders at various levels—including our Principal Leaders, Key Leaders, and Global Cohorts. What matters most is a desire to grow, a willingness to contribute, and a heart aligned with Christ.
What are the main benefits of joining CLF?
CLF is more than just a program—it’s a growth ecosystem that combines community, coaching, and Christ-centered strategy. Members gain:

  • A trusted peer advisory forum that offers wisdom, feedback, and encouragement
  • Monthly one-on-one executive coaching with a trained Chair
  • A structured framework for holistic leadership development
  • Tools and content to align faith and business strategy
  • Opportunities for networking, retreats, and spiritual renewal
  • A global community of Christian leaders who challenge each other to lead with boldness and eternal perspective

  • The result is personal transformation, better decision-making, stronger organizational health, and meaningful impact that extends beyond the bottom line.
What topics are covered in Forums and coaching?
Our Four-Point Framework provides a balanced structure for each session:

  1. Personal Growth: Strengthening emotional, relational, physical, and spiritual health
  2. Business Mastery: Improving organizational performance, culture, financial health, and leadership systems
  3. Missional Alignment: Living out the gospel through your business and leadership influence
  4. Community & Accountability: Developing deep relationships with peers who challenge and support your growth
Each forum includes content, case discussions, spiritual reflection, and actionable outcomes. Common topics include succession planning, team development, conflict resolution, culture-building, innovation, stewardship, and discipleship at work.

What is the time commitment?
Members attend one full-day Forum per month and one 90-minute coaching session with their Chair. Optional events, summits, and gatherings are available throughout the year. The rhythm is designed to maximize value without overwhelming your calendar.
Who leads the Forums, and what is a CLF Chair?
CLF Chairs are seasoned Christian leaders who serve as facilitators, executive coaches, and spiritual mentors. They bring decades of experience in both business and ministry and are deeply invested in the growth of each member. Every Chair is professionally trained in CLF’s methodology and committed to walking with members through the real challenges of leadership—from navigating high-stakes decisions to staying spiritually anchored. More than just meeting facilitators, they are shepherds of the group culture, coaches for individual growth, and stewards of long-term transformation.
What are Global Cohorts, and how do they work?
Global Cohorts are our international expression of CLF—delivering the same transformational experience in regions where Christianity is underrepresented, underserved, or under pressure. These cohorts are adapted to local culture and business contexts but remain grounded in biblical truth. We equip Christian business owners, entrepreneurs, and executives in these regions to lead with excellence, build healthy organizations, and shine the light of Christ through their influence. Global Cohorts often include partnerships with local ministries or churches and are part of our broader mission to strengthen the global church through marketplace leadership.

CLF CHAIRS CREATE IMPACT

We Don’t Just Develop Leaders—We Disciple Them

We’re looking for seasoned Christian leaders ready to multiply their influence by guiding others at the top. If you’re driven by purpose, energized by growth, and called to invest in those shaping the marketplace, this is your platform. CLF provides the tools, frameworks, and brand credibility—you bring the experience, conviction, and desire to build what lasts.

What kind of leader thrives as a CLF Chair?
The ideal Chair is a seasoned Christian leader—often a former executive, business owner, or coach—who thrives in the role of mentor, facilitator, and spiritual guide. Chairs aren’t just knowledgeable; they’re wise, humble, and relational. They ask great questions, create safe environments, and lead from both experience and conviction. Above all, they see leadership as discipleship and are eager to invest in leaders shaping organizations, industries, and culture.

How much time does it require?
Chairs lead 1–3 Forums each month, with one-on-one coaching sessions for every Forum member. Time is also devoted to recruiting the right leaders into the Forum, staying engaged with members, and participating in Chair training and community. Depending on your goals, this role can be scaled part-time or full-time. Expect a meaningful but manageable time commitment—with high ROI for both impact and income.
Can I do this alongside other work?
Yes. Chairs might maintain consulting practices, coaching engagements, or part-time ministry roles. However, we ask that Chairs dedicate at least 51% of their professional focus to building their CLF practice. This ensures the consistency and presence required to build a healthy Forum and coach effectively. CLF often becomes the anchor around which other callings are shaped—providing rhythm, purpose, and financial sustainability.
What support and training does CLF provide?
CLF equips you with everything you need to launch and lead with excellence. This includes a robust onboarding experience, training in our proprietary Four-Point Framework, access to a national network of Chairs, ongoing peer collaboration, and use of CLF’s trusted brand and content. You’ll also receive tools for Forum facilitation, coaching, and member development—alongside personal support from our leadership team. You’re independent, but never alone.

In order to fulfill the Great Commission, every believer needs to be a minister and every workplace a place of ministry.
